Huna Workshop – Marcus West
Firstly; What
is Huna ?
Huna is a powerful and transforming system
of practices, teachings, philosophy , energy work and
more . The word Huna means, among other things "secret" and has
only been used as the name of this spiritual framework in Modern times. The
Word Kahuna can mean keeper of the Secret but is more
often defined as expert and could refer to an expert in any
field. Huna is not a religion
at all it is a remarkably freeing experience that expresses
it self in every moment and action of life with great joy. The
psychological insights alone are certainly among
the most complete , effective and profound existing on this planet today
.Practicing Huna can lead to a great joy and emotional strength and
an awareness of the nurturing nature of the Earth. over
time Huna practice can lead to an amazing experience of wholeness and
connection that becomes over time , your most natural state of mind and
awareness.
Max Freedom Long discovered, named and
developed the modern and Public knowledge of what we Call Huna through an
extensive study and exploration of The Ancient Hawaiian language and root
meanings of the words. as well as seeking
answers form People in
About
the Workshop
"Huna is a psychological/spiritual
system from
Many of us spend most of our time with
our attention focused in our conscious mind, which is okay, but when our
awareness is more balanced across the three minds, we find ourselves with a
richer connection to our inner world and to the spiritual dimension of life -
we are firing on 3 cylinders rather than 1, and this manifests through such
things as our intuition increasing, synchronicity in our lives, better
physical, mental and emotional health, and an increased sense of spiritual
connectedness.
In this workshop I will be
explaining more about the properties of these minds, and I will be leading
a powerful guided meditation to increase our rapport with them and to make this
increased rapport permanently available. To assist with the process of
connecting with the Higher Self I will also be doing some Hawai'ian
chants."

Sunday July 5th
5PM DVD –
The Celtic Eldorado
The Gold of Ireland and its
place in Celtic History & Mythology
The tradition of
abundant gold also survives in the image of the Leprechaun and his pot of
gold at the end of the rainbow.
Leprechauns are said to be very rich, having much buried treasure. They like to hide their gold in secret locations which can only be revealed if a person were to capture and interrogate a leprechaun for his money.
In Celtic Mythology the Tuatha de Danaan, (Beautiful
People), who are said to represent the first Celtic migration (circa 1000BCE),
burnt their boats of gold and silver on their arrival on the shores of Erin
(Ireland) because there was a greater wealth to be had. Although this story
functions symbolically at many level it looks like there was plenty of gold
about.
